Federal Agencies
These Federal Agencies deal with federal labor-management, human resources, and employee rights issues:
FLRA Federal Labor Relations Authority: Deals with Unfair Labor Practice charges (ULP’s), Negotiability Appeals, and Appeals of Arbitrator’s Awards.
FSIP Federal Service Impasses Panel: Handles bargaining impasses when the Union and Management cannot reach an agreement.
FMCS Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service: Attempts to resolve disputes between the Union and Management. 
MSPB U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board: Deals with employees appeals of personnel actions, such as removals and suspension, among other matters.  
OLMS Office of Labor-Management Standards: Where to file the Union’s annual LM-4 financial report. Monitors elections of Union officers.

OPM U.S. Office of Personnel Management: Issues regulations affecting a wide-range of workplace issues.

OGE U. S. Office of Government Ethics: Addresses and tries to resolve conflict of interest issues. 
GAO Government Accountability Office: Supports Congress in helping to improve the performance and ensure the accountability of the federal government
