As the end of the year quickly approaches, there has been no progress on the question of measurability. Despite multiple requests for information, Management has not been able to reach a decision on how employees should be rated for the current year. The Union has proposed that employees be given the ability to opt in or opt out of their 2020 Performance Review. This would allow those who wish to be reviewed the opportunity to, without penalizing those who do not feel comfortable being rated due to the unusual circumstances this year.
